So there's this company called 'cornerstone information technology est' which they apparently told are Dubai based and have an office in Bangalore too in Indiranagar on 100ft road. But i couldn't find any such pictures on internet. There's nothing on internet except for their LinkedIn page and their website. Can anyone help me if it's a genuine company or not. I don't live in Bangalore currently. Initially they'll train in Blore for 2-3 months and they send to Dubai.

Anyone ever asked for a sign on bonus in the form of vacation days - so you don’t have to wait like 6 months in order to take 2weeks? Or ask for reduced pay at first to accelerate the accrual?

Feel like I missed the boat years back to get into Director of Product role. Back in the day there was only Senior in between a Director role, now there’s Lead and Group levels, so much hierarchy now.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
