Hi fishes!

I am seeing too many post about awards like rising star, Kudos, etc. People keep telling there managers recommended them for these awards.
My manager doesn't interact much with us. I consider myself as some one who has worked hard for project and other intiatives. Should I ask my manager to consider me and if yes how should I initiate it.

I recently joined Allstate india and my manager is forcing me to come to office twice a week. During negotiations, I had made it clear that I didn't want to work from office due to personal commitment.

Please suggest:
1. Is my understanding correct that Allstate india is currently not forcing employees to come to office and my manager is an exception?

Advice needed!! Have 8+ years of compliance/legal/in house experience (not privacy law except HIPAA). I really want a Privacy Counsel role so I took and passed the CIPP/US and CIPM exams this past year. I’ve been offered an Associate Director job at PwC. So I keep refining my process. Now I create a 3d doll, pose it, arrange the lights, and the camera with focal length. Take a picture and use it as reference. Results seem to be showing!

My goal in life was to go to school for business, learn how to business and then establish an art studio.

But now I feel strangely stuck. I am making more money than I ever thought I would, and feel like following my original plan might set me back.

Its great problem to have don't get me wrong. But I am afraid I might end up regretting it.
