Something is off in today’s hiring market. I keep seeing the same roles posted for months. Same company. Same title. Same description.
When you check LinkedIn, it shows:
• 250+ applicants
• 30% or more at Director level
• Posting active for weeks, sometimes months
So let’s be honest. If 250 people applied and a third are senior-level… why is the role still open? Thoughts?
