Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹
Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?
Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.

You might consider re-doing your resume', tailoring it for the specific job type you are applying for.
I keep going knowing that someone hired me before and someone will again. Don't ever give up. Your time is coming. I use an automatic resume submission website to help send more resumes as well.

When I was in the market (December), I was told the average the market was seeing (for competitive jobs) was 100 applications before an interview. So anything that beats that is a signal the market is looking for your talent.
The best I can suggest is if you have documentation showing clean drivers records in the last 5 years and maybe proof of sobriety- I’m not sure how much of that you are legally required to ask (or provide) but I can’t think of anything else that could sway me to hire someone who clearly has a problem with alcohol or at very least their decision making ability while drinking!
Yes- motivation is needed BUT STRATEGY is MORE. Cross compare & check your current and previous job duties. Thinking outside the box is a must. Mostly you must allow an AI site reword your application. Your app is being chosen by the wording within the body of it. Always look for the jobs posted last 24hrs, be up between 4 & 5 am making sure you resume was recieved in the first batch to HR. Most companies insist there are 2 people to interview even tho they have decided whom they are going to hire. This tactic prevent a discrimination suite.
