For those who were working professionals during the GFC (2007-2010), how did the recession change your spending/saving habits, is there anything you took away from it that you think the younger generations should know? Context: 27M, i remember the GFC but both my parents managed to keep their jobs and while things were tough i think they tried to hide any struggles they may have had. Since I’ve pretty much been in a bill market my entire life I’d like to hear some experiences.

Hello everyone, I'm trying to get into real estate investing. Some of the books I've read have talked about buying a multi unit property and utilizing investors to get the necessary capital. Does anyone have experience in getting investors? How do you identify investors who may be interested? Are there any sites where you can invest in or post investment opportunities?
Thank you in advance.

Anyone loving or hating MS Sharepoint for creative teams? My Dept currently relies heavily on Airtable, Slack, and email, but that seems to leave some big gaps. I've tried Notion, Clickup, and Basecamp, and they all seem to have their flaws.

Our teachers will be returning to our school building as usual (about 10 days before school starts) whether school is virtual or face to face, so our school is wanting to plan a traditional welcome back for them. In the past, the celebration was usually a whole school group event at on off-campus locale. Unfortunately, with social distancing, etc., it makes it quite difficult to do the big gathering. Just wondering what other schools may be planning to welcome back their teachers. Suggestions??
