They should self drive not have drivers.
And deliver what is expected out of them.
Daily 3 hours in omr is not at all acceptable.
Bachelors and family both are affected.
Keeping siruseri out of city limits and expecting people to maintain 7 hours is highly not accepted.
People need to talk and raise concern.

I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? Or will they forcefully transfer and change the base location without employee's consent?
