TCS vs Synechron?

Hey folks, need some advice!
Got two offers:

* Synechron: 31 LPA (28 fixed)
* TCS: Asked for 35 fixed, maybe 31-33 max. They might provide by today.
* YOE: 12 years

Is TCS worth despite the layoffs? Some say TCS is good and Servicenow is safe there and layoff happens for people were in bench and niche tech. Others suggest Synechron for its banking focus, growth may be there but worry about project stability and lesser clients.
Super confused, please suggest.

Hello all, I have a few questions regarding BA Continuum:

In terms of hierarchy, how many band levels are there at BA Continuum GBS?
What is the current WFH policy and what is the RTO plan?
Those working in GIFT city, how is the campus and what accommodation arrangements are available nearby? Is cab service available?

Is it acceptable to re-negotiate designation after accepting the offer letter?

Are Tuck and Darden really much better for consulting than other schools? Yeah they have that rep but it seems they have more students recruit for MBB so overall success rate into these firms isn’t much higher than other schools.

I just received an offer from a company I was interviewing at. However, they are rushing things and asking me to sign the offer letter ASAP.

Can you please guide me on how do I use this offer to get an even higher total compensation? Do I accept the offer and then appear for other interviews? Do I tell them to wait? Need guidance.

I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

If I arrive after the boss in the morning (which is usually 8:30am) he won’t say good morning to me. I say good morning and it’s dead silent. Is that extremely rude or what? It feels like he’s training a dog into obedience.

How to get released from the tcs project?
in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.
I am preparing for that but here also i work honestly. I got A band in the last 2 years, my lead is on notice period now they are making me lead ,i dont want that ( extra responsibilities with no extra money) but currently I am the only option for them.
