I’m looking for some clarity on Tech Mahindra’s current variable pay (VP) structure.

​Is VP currently being paid out at 100% on a monthly basis?

​For those 100% billable, what is the actual payout percentage lately?

​What is the VP situation for those currently on the bench?

I am about to get an offer which is in the final stages.

I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?

Can anyone help me i am have a different situation here i left the job based on a phone conversation with tech Mahindra since they are asking for an immediate joiner. Now after submission of all documents they are not giving proper response .. every time they call me and ask me some documents is missing and some time BG status not received.. i don't what to do ..no job now and even no offer from them.
