There are no active legal issues, but they’re just trying to get affairs in order and have systems in place in case any do arise. Had a 4th interview Friday with a ~300 person start up that I thought went well (along with all of the interviews). Haven’t heard anything since so have been anxious, just saw on LinkedIn that today a new VP of the department I’m interviewing for was hired/started. In the current lateral market what is the usual time for hearing a decision after a final round of interviews?
