If you’re happy, stay put.
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands
If you’re not happy, don’t stay put.
Real talk though OP, if people do all leave, it might mean a lot more work for you. So I would keep options open
A lot of people are just not cut out for biglaw. That’s OK. Especially in the last couple years with the pandemic people have been taking much more stock of what they want to be doing with their limited time on earth and quitting en masse, often without anything lined up. But that doesn’t mean you have to do the same or are a fool for staying. Biglaw can be great, if you’re a certain personality type and you’re in a good group. So if you’re having a decent time and feel like you’re learning and growing so far and your pay is top of market and your team isn’t toxic, I’d stick with it for now. You can always explore options down the line if you’re hating it. But moving for the sake of moving (or for the sake of a sign on bonus only without other reasons) is unwise IMO.
