Looking for an opportunity for Line Producer or Senior Production cordinator in a firm where I am respected and work life balance is promoted no slave working.

[I140 app. for Green card transfer] I have an approved i140 application at my previous employer. I have been at Google for 1.5 years and haven't started the GC transfer process here yet.
In an ideal world, I would be quitting this job and moving somewhere else that aligns better with my professional goals in the next 3 months.
Does it mandate me to have transfered my GC to Google or should I wait for the offer confirmation from the new employer and do it once for all there?

Offered a salary of 92K for a Business Analyst position at Facebook NYC in the Marketing Intelligence team. What’s the typical range? I have more than 2 years of work experience

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Can i expect the offer letter to be released? If yes when?
