I've fully embraced alternative fee arrangements in my practice, offering flat fees, subscription-based services, and even success fees in certain cases. It's a win-win for both clients and lawyers, promoting transparency, predictability, and a focus on delivering value. The future of legal billing is here, and those who cling to the billable hour will be left behind.
