Yes, burnout is tough. I deal with it by focusing on time management and setting realistic goals. Regular breaks and talking things out with my mentor or team also helps keep burnout at bay.
Honestly OP this is so hard. I try to do a lot of self care throughout the week to really refocus and destress. Every now and again I take a Friday or a Monday off to have a long weekend. Sometimes that can help when I am feeling particularly exhausted.
