Here the situation is so much bad. Half of the people don’t know who there HR is. Those who know their HR doesn’t even care to respond. You don’t even know where and whom to raise your issues with. The fundamental of PwC of managing people is so poor that even HR head is clueless. The top brass seems to be 0% worried about employee well being. Lightening will strike one day at PwC as well sooner or later. That day all these people will not even have a explanation of what they did for people well being bcoz they never cared.

In PwC Tech Consulting if you want to get promoted, you have to do the following things 1. Start helping Partners and Directors in their ppts, if you are a good ppt-maker you will be in the good book of the Partners, no need to know any subject, 2. Start traveling to different offices and offer your services to different partners just for participating in sales activity (again without taking a sales target) just to prepare the ppt and do all sorts of paperwork for a partner, 3. During a project do not contribute technically (technically knowledgable people have no value in pwc when it comes to promotion) but remain busy in organising cricket matches, picnic, project parties and partner will tell that you are a great relationship person, 4. Do not agree to manage a project unless you have talented (and foolish) technical persons who will work and you will take the credit. Be in the right position during project go live cake cutting, do a LinkedIn post but when the post go live problems will surface, vanish off from the scene and remain busy in a new proposal. No one can stop your quick promotion to partnership
People should wake up and highlight this, otherwise this will continue
How are you so sure than it’s just pwc after ey which will be doomed? Are you speaking from any substantial facts or just because you are angry?
And why not kpmg or Deloitte?
