How would you rate the freelance market at the moment? I’ve recently quit fulltime, and beyond a couple of my own (LLC) short client projects - I’ve had zero agency freelance over the summer.

I generally like walkable cities, good food, bespoke wine bars, stay a while in cafe scenes. Aside from London, Paris, Lisbon, (been to these cities already) any recommendations??
