Totally relate. I’m at the stage now where I have a couple offers, but there are still some firms outstanding that either I haven’t heard back from or I have interviews scheduled but not right away. Lining up offer deadlines on the one hand and trying to get the stragglers to move quickly with interviews, decisions etc. on the other is also stressful.
Can’t wait until it’s done and I can just twiddle my thumbs until conflicts clear and I give notice.
It is almost more than a second job. Your current job is your second job basically.
Hang in there! It is definitely so draining as I just went through the process - but can tell you the post offer feeling is worth it. Good luck!

Definitely. Don't be afraid of telling your recruiter when too much is too much.
