The portfolio value are decreasing day by day. My portfolio is down by 50%. and the budget announcement is too near in just couple of weeks ahead. It's afraid me for the next step.
Should I sell or just wait for the right opportunity with loaded cash to purchase the shares at their lowest or is this the right time to invest?
