Seriously considering adding vegan stuff to my restaurant's menu, I don't have anything against meat except I can't afford it. :( Any ideas on something that doesn't taste like treebark? LOL

Asian cuisine has some incredibly delicious recipes that are vegan without any additional adjustments. Korean Bibimbap is one that comes to mind

Ohhh boy I love Korean food!! Definitely gonna look more into that option

I saw a tofu fried chicken. The tofu was marinated in your typical chicken rub (salt pep onion garlic classic herb poultry). Then they breaded them and deep fried em. You could prep a ton of these the day before and then IQF. Hope this gave you inspiration

Thank you! I'll do some more research and test out some different techniques

Rice or noodle stir fries with teriyaki or your preferred sauce are a great way to integrate veg and tofu into delicious dishes. You just need someone who knows how to handle these ingredients and not just leave them bland

Perfect! Stir fries are easy to execute and packed with flavor

Buffalo cauliflower wings!! They are crispy, flavorful, and super easy to make!

I'm iffy about this one. I've seen it on a few different menus but never had the guts to try it. Maybe it's time to start getting a little bold

I'd say stay away from vegan proteins like seitan, tofu, and tempeh UNLESS you have a chef who is experienced in working with these ingredients and can handle them the way they need to be.

Noted, thank you for the insight

A side dish that I love to make is eggplant bacon. You make some thin slices out of the eggplant and season it with salt, paprika, pepper, and liquid smoke then fry it. You can thank me later

Now that doesn't even sound like a real thing haha, thanks for the suggestion !!!

Some delicious vegan recipes include vegan black bean burgers, vegan shepherd's pie, and vegan mac and cheese. These recipes are all hearty and filling.

There are endless vegan tofu recipes that are delicious! Some of my favorites include vegan tofu scramble, vegan black bean tacos with tofu sour cream, and crispy vegan tofu.

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.
