What is coforge level 3???
Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

How do companies now view candidates from Meta?
My company, Pegasystems, is agressively hiring for Senior Solutions Consultant (presales) positions nationwide. If you are interested in working for an amazing company with market leading products and a great culture, please message me. Happy to discuss further. Assuming you are reasonably qualified, I can provide a referral as well.

I feel like drowning 3 wks in is pretty normal in tech. You’ll get there. Be patient with yourself. And try to create work life boundaries. You’ll never get it all done each day. Just log off at a normal hour anyway. Best of luck 🤘
Having never worked at Meta, I can't speak to their workload specifically - But I do know that the first few months of a new job can be very overwhelming.
Hang in there for a bit longer, it may get better. You are also so new, maybe talk to your manager about how you need some more time to learn before taking on the full workload.
It looks like you may be holding yourself to a higher standard than your manager is. I would take a deep breath and take a step back. Only do essential things until you feel more prepared.
I think it’s also bc i never worked for such a big company nor tech so I’m super overwhelmed! WLB has been trash but your right i need to set boundaries and turn it off

The first 30 days are difficult in most new jobs because you’re onboarding and don’t know what you don’t know. It gets easier around the 60 day mark once you’ve built some relationships and start adding value.
Happy to connect with you here or on WorkChat if you’re looking to chat or vent about it.
You'll get used to it. It's understandable since you are new and still adjusting. It will be easier after 3 months or so. Best of luck.
I've heard that Meta is quite competitive. But I didn't realize it was that hectic there. How are you holding up so far?
My org is very busy hence why hectic, but I’m taking a few Days to focus on on boarding and that’s helping me find a flow. But i think at this point I’ll have to learn as i go
Any tips on staying organized?
Using multiple colors for different types of things on my calendar was a hame changer for me. My buckets are: external sales calls, external service calls, one other special type of external call, internal meetings, and time blocks. So easy to see what my day was going to look like at a glance and where I'd be able to fit in all my other work.
