There have been times where I left an interview and couldn’t tell if it went well or not. No clear signals, just a “we’ll be in touch.” That gray area can mess with your head if you sit in it too long. How do you read interviews when there’s no obvious feedback?

Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.
