There is an email sent to India employees saying the situation is normal with India and Pakistan. It’s not true. Drone attacks are on. This is a premature email & not needed at this point. Just because it’s normal for us in Pune or Delhi or because we don’t have someone in Jammu or Punjab, doesn’t mean we normalise. Would ZS act like this for its US/EU employees? This could have been sent after a week. There is a literal war and you want an email on flexible working? Insensitive!
