There was a round of layoffs that happened at my company. I was spared. I have 2 thoughts

1) I have bad survivors guilt. Can anyone who has been in my situation share how they have reconciled this?

2) The responsibilities of one of the people let go are now split between me and another person. We were a lean company before this but this is awful. How do I maintain healthy boundaries during this?

And I've already started looking for a new job.
