CSM or PSM 1?
Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

Expand on the tug; was it a bellhop trying to get their bag, or was it a cashier at the gift shop yanking on the bag?
Context is gonna make or break this case; the crux is gonna be what the employees responsibility was relevant to the guest & their bag.
Thanks! Please see the response below.
MIGHT not be successful defeating summary judgment on foreseeability.
If hard damages do not exceed six-figures, unlikely to be worth the time investment for the resolution.
Someone here PLEASE provide a second opinion; I am NOT the last word….
A housekeeper— unsure as to the exact reason but the housekeepers obstructed PCs pathway, PC called for assistance and the head housekeeper came and allegedly tugged PC’s luggage handle, which resulted in the fall
I’m confused, why is the housekeeper tugging on the Plaintiff’s luggage handle, to move it out of the way? To get into the hotel room? To move their cart down the hall to the next room? Above you say intentional, allegedly, unsure, I think if damages are high enough, do some initial discovery and then decide from there
I think it’s a decent case. Not worried about vicarious liability. If your damages are good and your client is likeable, go for it.
Would probably benefit from an expert in housekeeping to discuss common practices and procedure, training and safety protocols, etc., to help prove the case
