I just came back from a UIL academics conference. It always makes my head spin. So much packed into two days! Loved it but wow! Best part: seeing college professors who really care about the subjects!

I was at a conference for PLC 2.0 this summer, some great speakers and ideas. Graduate credit was available also through Midwest Teachers Institute, and they were really affordable.

I just signed up for a class that lets me write my own objectives and goals, work on them all summer, log my hours and share my successes and I get ACT48 hours and graduate credits! I can’t believe it- I figure I was going to do the work anyway- so why not get something out of it… first time I’ve been excited about doing work over the summer! 🎉
