What can I do other than teach?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I wish there was help I could send! All anyone can do in this kind of market is stay persistent and keep at it. And don't overlook any possibility. Talk to anyone you know in business and let them know you're looking. Sometimes it's word of mouth that comes to the rescue.

I get that feeling. I try to set small daily goals so I still feel progress even when the market is slow.
I have been looking for a job for 5 months and have only had two interviews. You are right, this job market is soul-crushing. I would try networking and gathering referrals. That is what I have been doing.
Thanks for your message. Would you say you have had a greater outcome by going down the route of networking, what is your approach to networking, via LinkedIn for instance and reaching out to people?
