This is the first company I saw in which a lot of data engineers are on bench.
In other companies there are numerous projects for data engineer and each of them is either tagged to one or more than one projects but never heard of bench
They aren't even getting projects for the technology which is in demand.
What happened to this company?

While he thinks that its genetics/being naturally gifted that got them to where they are I believe it's the environment & discipline that made them successful. We are not from said communities but curious to hear your thoughts on who is more accurate.
