Hold my Pepsi*
I think he owns United stock. #ChangeTheHeadlines
And said Assad was worse than Hitler.
The problem is not just this one incident, it's the never ending idiocy in the Trump administration.
Hold my...oh never mind
OP: Take a second from overreacting to what you have heard on Twitter because that is not at all what he said. He was speaking from a tactical use in warfare. Not engaging in Holocaust denial. Was it poorly worded? Yes. Did he deny that the Nazis used chemical weapons in the Holocaust??? No.
I will never understand how so many people are able to defend him, let alone the current administration. Confirmation bias is a helluva drug I guess. (Shout out to cognitive dissonance and anchoring as well.) Just can't believe I'm seeing it play out like this every single day.
P3: It is because they are things to get legitimately mad about when it comes to Trump and things that should just be ignored as inconsequential. The problem is the media reacts the same way to both type of things. Spicer misspeaks, everybody freaks out. Legitimate concerns about Mike Flynn. Everyone freaks out. Those two things should not have the same response yet they did.
Also, I really hope you are calling out both sides in your statement about confirmation bias, cognitive dissonance and anchoring. Otherwise your statement is hilarious.
What did spicey do
@A1 Denied Nazi Germany used chemical weapons in the Holocaust.
Amazing
Jesus
^found the Deplorable 😱
M1: Try again. Couldn't even dream of voting for Trump. His trade policy is the same failed bullshit that have us the Great Depression.
D1 I am not overreacting when I say that I am deeply offended by what Spicer said. Given the context of how he and the administration mishandled remembrance day, and given that it's Pesach, he deserves to be fired.
D1 right, he denied that Hitler used chemical weapons *on Germans*
Because German Jews weren't real Germans. 🙄
C1: Maybe read the actual statement... he was following up a comment saying the US didn't use chemical weapons in WW2... he said that even butler didn't stop to using chemical weapons. He never said anything about not using them on Germans...
He said it in his Facebook post, so...
