This is the salary I am being offered at SAP for Data Scientist profile. My current CTC is 17lpa fixed and have an offer from Deloitte for 23lpa fixed. Compared to that, is this a good offer? How much can I negotiate to increase my offer or can I ask for lumpsum joining bonus ?
