Thank you and we’re done!

Dear Fishes, I am in a conundrum currently. I have two offers. One from Deloitte USI (17.5 LPA fixed, 1.75 LPA variable and 1.5 L joining bonus). The other is from Infosys (25 LPA CTC. Permanent WFH. Negotiation is still on for this.)
Could you please be so kind as to help me decide which one to choose?
Thanks in advance,
Fellow Perplexed Fish.

I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

What sort of opportunities? Like functions or projects?
Also- welcome to SAP! Incredible culture and WLB from my experience. T2L2 myself.
Ah gotcha- honestly, best bet is to talk to your boss about that. That’ll all be project by project- if you’re customer facing. They’ll take care of you! From what I’ve seen there’s a lot of flexibility.
Thanks SAP2! Which the WLB has been wonderful- I do echo the sentiment of underpaid for market standards. It’s like you have to come from outside SAP or leave and come back to be paid fairly.
If you are joining sap labs forget about onsite opportunities.
Only customer facing roles get that opportunity and too for senior folks and only for a few weeks.
Not many teams are doing such work and with COVID company had realised work can be done without sending anyone onsite.
I had my first opportunity when i had worked for 6 years in sap at T3
