I have an offer with a couple of companies but they are asking to work for Night shift and which i cannot as I am expecting a baby in 3 months.

Any advice on how to stop getting tickets until I can get a parking permit? I just moved from out of state to Capitol Hill. I’ve gotten 2 tickets so far. The process to get a permit is ridiculously convoluted. Any advice before I have to leave my car at a friends in MD?

I have an interview on Monday for a profile for Power BI. Can you tell me how difficult/ easy would it be for me to quickly pick it up Power BI in a day basis my current experience?

Currently an assurance senior 3 at EY (promoting to manager in Oct). Want to get insight or anyone who made transfer from one big 4 to another. Was it worth it? What’s the bump in salary? How hard was the transition for you (new terminology, tech, firm culture, etc)? Don’t want to think the grass is always greener on the other side, but I’ve seen so many people made the move to EY from other big 4 and they make much more than I do because of the switch (same city same service line same level).
