This post is not meant to Slander the company. I was wondering if any Liability Adjusters had trouble with their metrics. As a person battling depression and anxiety, I find it challenging to stay optimistic with meeting goals. I feel alone and singled out. Especially when they change so frequently. Has/Does anyone struggle with maintaining all of the metrics for Allstate LDU?

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary.
