This resume customization for individual jobs is brutal! I've applied to 60+ positions in two months with hardly any bites, and my current method of using ChatGPT to pull keywords for each application is just burning me out, and it seems to be limiting how many jobs I can actually apply to. What's a better way to tailor resumes without losing my mind?

I think you have to make your resume ATS friendly without making it seem like an AI made it. I bet that having Chat GPT revise all your resumes is actually hurting you. I would say rather than focusing so much on resume tailoring, try to reach out to people. That matters a lot more anyways

I don’t even customize my resume to each job. Per my existing qualifications, I’ve seen success in getting interviews so if it’s causing you a headache, try applying without customizing it for a while and see if you get a call back
