I’ve only slept with one person, my wife. I have not openly shared this with anyone because there’s a stigma that I “settled” or I don’t have numbers on the board like a man should. Those who perpetuate the myth that the only valuable people are those who worked at specific agencies are the same people keeping this industry homogeneous. There is more than one path.

Why are the experience and skills required for a certain title inconsistent across departments? Some have a low bar, others a high one - at the same agency.
