This wasn’t recent but recent enough that I still want to say it. I’ve spent years working and networking to get into a certain elitist “hard to get into” agency just so I can tell them to piss off out of spite. Well, it finally happened, and I managed to waste a grand total of 5 people’s time just to reject their offer in the end because I wanted to watch the world burn. Nothing I do in my career will ever feel as good as this. Yes I’ve burnt all those bridges but yknow what. Worth it.

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

What puzzles do people generally get as a question in senior data analyst role interviews ?

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity.
