People always compliment how soft my skin is, I honestly think it’s because I don’t shower daily so I never have to use lotion and my skin has a natural oil balance. First day back after a 10-day beach stint. Putting on pants was hard enough.

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?

Really dislike that OHG separates their PTO time into different categories... 10sick and 10vocation... so depressing 10 vocation days out of 365days a year...

I am stupidly rejecting recruiters with legit offers because I am waiting for The One. The offer to end all offers. But they are taking entirely too long to notify me. They keep telling me to hold on.

This open office plan sucks. Besides the constant din, we've got 3 agencies crammed on to one floor, sharing conference rooms and huddle rooms. Agency identity is lost and it feels like an ad factory
