UM Nurses - what do you like and dislike about your role

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. There is talk of bringing everyone back to the office full time and that’s not what I would like to happen. I’ve been searching for a new position in which it would be a remote role. My current company also said I am maxed out in term of what they are willing to pay salary wise.

What do you all think about private school? Pros? Cons?

Catholic school parent expect grade changes two days before grades close- student didn’t want assistance during the trimester and parents never reached out until now- how have you all seen that handled?

So the public unions have tried to divert funds for new students, wishing to attend private schools in Calif... any other states preventing school choice?
