Looking for pointers to crack the AWS SAA certification. Currently doing mock exams from Tutorialsdojo and in the 78-80% range. Is this a good estimation of preparedness for the exam?

What are some ways that you organize your emails so that you are able to quickly reference drafts that have either been sent to the client or op counsel and otherwise to identify important transactional documents (I.e. signature pages, execution versions and executed docs) that have been sent out by the team? I’m a first year and just learning my role on the team, and recently I was the only associate on a deal and reported directly to the partner. (More in comments)

Is it possible to find engineering side work?
I’m a civil/environmental engineer that works for local government. Is like to work on design projects on the side. I’ve heard the private sector is booming. Lots of companies are offering remote work. Are there any companies hiring part time?

I’m unhappy in consulting, but not sure if it’s really about the profession/lifestyle or no longer wanting to work more generally? Having trouble identifying any alternative I’d prefer, regardless of income. Is this a normal mid-life phase?

Catholic school parent expect grade changes two days before grades close- student didn’t want assistance during the trimester and parents never reached out until now- how have you all seen that handled?
