This year, I have tried something new for my students! If students meet classroom expectations and have no missing assignments, they get 20% Time. Basically, if they give me 80% of their week with 100% effort, they get 20% of their week to work on a project. I have students who have written stories, crocheted, made drawings, taught themselves cursive, created origami, made quilled art, etc. Many students started completing assignments and turned behavior around to get their 20% Time.

Been reading a lot about how fbook manipulates timelines. Started an experiment where I'm liking post I wouldn't normally like. Kinda excited to see how it turns out 🤓. Has anyone done this before?

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance

Anyone here from Toronto area? Looking to relocate from NY to Toronto and in search of apartment/condo. My budget is $1500 for a 1bd. Is that realistic? Things I care about:
1. Walking distance to gym
2. Walking distance to a grocery store
3. Proximity to Old Toronto/kings st (work) with biking/public transport
4. Don't plan to own a car

Our appraisal came through exactly as the offer price we put. Apparently by lenders 3rd party. Isnt that a bit fishy? If it came in lower our contract has the option to negotiate a bit with seller. Is lender just trying to push this along faster? I'm pretty sure in this crazy market the home is not valued at what we offered. Why would seller put a much lower asking price then? Make no sense. Please advise!
