I’ve crafted briefs with clients so everyone is working off the same directive. Not our job but builds better briefs to work off of and get the clients to answer the needed questions. Have done work sessions with them or sent over “our attempt”.
Absolutely spot on. And they don’t want to hear how spending more time up front could help.
So true! Solid briefs are a relic of the past. Today's briefs are nothing more than a data dump out of Simmons (if you're lucky enough to get that).
Everything old is new. We are back to starting with real data like Experian data then advertise to qualified prospects by yes mail or email or digital. If you really studied the quality and accuracy of CRM or Cookie data look alike. You conclude it window shopping data.
