Do you mind sharing how did you manage to switch from audit to strategy consulting? I feel like that's really rare

Applying a lot, preparing business cases, good selection processes I guess. Undergraduate from tier 1 university + master in AI applied to finance was a plus.

Not a CFP so I’m not truly in the know. That said, if I’m reading this article right, 10/2019 to maintain your CFP, you will have to drop your 7 license if you are dually registered?

recently asked a question about going to law school with an accounting degree. follow up on that- if i work 1-2 years at my current firm (offered 72,500 full time after graduating undergrad) and acquire my cpa (courses and exam fees paid for by the firm), then apply to law school, would that be more beneficial? ive been reading a lot that work experience helps with the application, alongside having a high gpa and LSAT score

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice?
