Huge SW fan. Depends on what you want to spend tbh. I think a cool gift would be an older UCUF bottle that has their bday on the label. Shouldn't be too expensive (<$125) unless it's a very early batch (42 or earlier).
If you want to spend more, I'd look for older private barrels that are aged 10-12 years.
If you want to spend more than that, Desert Jewel is arguably one of the best bourbons widely released in the last 10 years.
More than that would be a few R&L bottles, but most aren't worth the premium. I've heard Fred's Blend and Caramel Yum Yum are outstanding but Desert Jewel has beat all of my other R&Ls.
Note: you'll need to join a FB bourbon group to find all these things
I have a few bottles of Elevator Batch, Winter Oak, and a few of the 1st 10 series. I haven't cracked Winter Oak but first 10 and Elevator Batch are good not great. I've definitely had a few early UCUF batches that I thought were better. Desert Jewel is probably my favorite bourbon, I think it's a little better than ORVW which is my favorite of that line.

A Midwinter Night’s Dram if you can find it or the Barrell Infinite Barrel Project
Hillrock is also great if you can find a bottle
What’s your budget? I like SW Uncut Unfiltered but the Private Barrels, especially the older ones, are great and definitely harder to find. And more expensive.
Tend to agree with GM1 but same criteria generally applies, and potentially more expensive
