Has anyone else tried Strattera, had success, and a few months later felt like work was a struggle again? Am I imagining it? There are reasons why I should not take stimulants, but I miss that feeling of being a “regular” person at work and so am curious if others have had a similar journey and where you all ended up

It does happen definitely. Are you under more stress currently? I’ve had better luck with concerta myself.

Yes! Tried Staterra for a couple months. Found it helpful for the first month or so but then it gave me worse anxiety. Doc and I agreed I should go off it. She suggested Concerta but I haven't decided to try it yet

Interesting! Thanks for the input. Would say I’m under more stress than before, roughly the same hah

I haven't tried it. I have only tried ritalin and adderall. I feel as though the adderall isn't working for me anymore and it feels like I am back to square one. I really hate that my doctor might have to give me a higher dosage.

Please help me select my insurance plan. I am married (going to be 24% tax bracket) with a baby so I can choose between low, medium or high deductible medical plans. My wife is anticipating having significant medical expenses for the remainder of the plan year over the max out of pocket (oop).

Taking into account employer HSA contributions, tax savings and the max OOP amounts, is it less expensive to go with the high deductible (calc attached)? Sounds counterintuitive, but maybe I'm incorrect.

What do you all do to make non-professional / personal connections? Particularly with the Coronavirus, and being in domestic relations, I wake up, go to work, work out, go home. So outside of law, my interactions with people are only at the gym given that my area is draining— particularly at the moment. Probably a good thing for now; but if we take coronavirus out of the equation, I’m interested what others in the community do to develop personal connections.

My unpopular opinion: democrats who want abortion to be legal should not say argue that a fetus isn’t a life. That automatically invalidates it because it so clearly is lol

A literal bacterial cell on Mars is a life, but a whole fetus on earth isn’t? Lol and if it’s not a life, then when a pregnant women is murdered, it shouldn’t count as a double homicide if we want to keep that logic consistent.

Instead, they should agree that although it is a life, it’s such a tough decision CONT. 👇🏻

Looking for advice/input:

I’ve dealt with ADHD my entire life, although was just diagnosed last year. Throughout my career (assurance>industry>consulting), I’ve been able to “outwork” everyone else in the office to counter the lack of focus and other associated faux pas associated with the disorder. Recently have hot a point where I can’t put in the hours (3 yo/fam), and my work has taken a major hit. Anyone in consulting/assurance have any methods for managing this when it comes to PM duties?
