Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

I would not work for a company where I would have to compromise my morals or ethics. However, I can work with people who do not share my morals or ethics.
If I know a company's political stance, that can be a bit of a red flag in itself. Whether I agree or disagree with it.
It is not always easy to balance my morals with my need to pay bills. There are certain companies that I absolutely would not work for because they exist to cause harm to others. However, I have worked at a company before that politically I did not agree with, but the product was beneficial to others which is what I kept reminding myself every time I had to bite my tongue.
