Microsoft Received some feedback yesterday that I’m “Too smart for the role and they feared that I’d get bored and leave quickly. “ It’s honestly the most confused I’ve ever left a call. Does anyone know what this means? I thought it was a compliment initially but in retrospect it just doesn’t seem very genuine. Have y’all had anyone hit you with this one?

Yeah I do a lot of this in my current role. What do you hate about it specifically? I've gotten kind of used to it, sometimes I use Chat GPT to help.

Yes lately I have used Chat Gpt also - I’m just not a fan of writing it about someone, more fact of I want to get it correct - there’s just something about it that I’m not a fan of doing as it’s quite rare I have to do them so it’s not something I could get used to.
It's very stressful for me, especially when I have to do it for litigious matters. I get a lot of anxiety about making sure I do everything exactly correctly.

I understand you, not the best task to want to do!
Hope it was nothing serious! That does sound stressful.
