Today is my official joining date at TCS and iBegin portal still shows today’s date as my Date of Joining. However,I haven’t received any onboarding email.

I have tried calling my recruiter multiple times and have also sent several emails, but I haven’t received any response.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Should I still report to the office today or should I wait until I receive the onboarding communication?

Amdocs or EY LLB ?

Same fixed CTC for both , variable is 0-20% in EY and for Amdocs I got to know from employee that avg is 8-10%.

1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.

My main objective is to learn as much as I can. I know the work life balance can be off. I'm willing to work 9 -10 hours a day.

I have other offers from Cognizant.
Which one to join, please suggest 5 days left.

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
