Need some advice: I am planning to buy a house. Me and husband we both work in downtown and have a 4 year old. We have stayed in sandy springs for 3 years now and have loved the place. But the school in sandy springs are not good. What will be the best place to buy house now that we are working remotely anyways. Most of the times the candidate dont even respond and the other times they ask to schedule interviews. Why tcs doesn't have proper process for conducting telephonic interviews?
Candidates dont even trust sometimes that we are from technical team and they think we are some HR asking them if they are looking for a job.
