Hello all!

I’m a MSN, RN with 7 years of critical care nursing experience (ICU/PACU). Prior to becoming a nurse, I was a Medical Service Corps officer in the US Army for 8 years. I have my BSN/MSN and a non-nursing MA.
I’m interested in shifting gears to healthcare consulting. I’ve heard great things about Chartis and would love to hear more, specifically with regards to nurses making the jump. Can anyone offer insight or any other consulting firm they recommend?
Thank you in advance!

Hi All ,My skillset is sap ewm functional .I mostly see openings in service based companies .Compensation offered compared to other skills like Java, big data ,python etc is very low.For instance for a 10 yoe the maximum budget is 28lpa offered by a big4 ,typical service based companies offer even lesser .
What are the options to upskill or get into product based companies.

Thinking about picking up a chronograph under 40mm and $2k. Would be interested in recommendations - I like the Breitling Navitimer but it’s a bit out of budget - same with the Sinn 903, which has a date. I also like the Hamilton Intra-Matic, but for the date. Speedy is a bit out of my price range. What else am I missing that fit this criteria?

As a sometimes-poster of my watches let me introduce you to a new brand and acquisition called "AERONOM" from Germany.

Saw it as a recommendation and was intrigued and have it now.

Here some details:
- Automatic Movement
- Caliber 8217 with 42 hrs Power reserve
- 41,5 mm dial in a 46 mm case of stainless steel
- date window at 3 o'clock
- black diamond at 12 o'clock
- 24 hrs indicator at 9 o'clock

It's one of 200 produced and even though it's heavy and a 46 mm case is big but nice to wear

What’s everyone wearing today? Leather isn’t the best choice for the heat, but I just had a new strap delivered so I had to try it out and am pretty happy with the combo.

Mid-20s M looking to purchase first nice watch. Choosing between the Panerai Luminor 722 and Omega Seamaster Diver 300m for something of a versatile daily use watch. Both look amazing in their own way; the Omega’s colors are rich and the wave detailing is amazing, while the Panerai’s clean style and unique shape is also appealing. I’d get aftermarket leather / rubber straps for either for versatility. Excluding price as a factor, what are your opinions on which to get?
