TVC vs. Permanent Salaries (Sales)

I've just been offered a TVC role in sales, but Google are taking their time sending over the salary range. Are TVC salaries typically much different from permanent Googlers (ignoring equity which a TVC wouldn't receive)?

I'm looking to return to the U.S. after over a decade living and working in SSA (Marcom for ecommerce startups and tech enabled nonprofits). I've been job hunting as I plan my move in the fall but haven't gotten any serious bites. Does anyone have any pointers to ease the process of transcontinental job hunting?

Can anyone recommend appropriate user tracking and sentiment / feedback gathering solutions for bespoke internal tools?

E.g to see user behaviour on an internal operational tool used by 100s of staff.

I have 6+ yoe in business intelligence(Qlik), SQL. Self taught python up to oops/pandas/re.
What's the best direction to take my career forward and transition into a better domain if possible?
Should I do some DS/ML or cloud(azure/gcp) courses? If yes, suggest some.
I get calls for python but they demand scraping & webdev(selenium/bs/django/flask) which I have no interest in.

Here are my observations about the skills and experiences that PMs have and how people are joining that group.

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Recruiting just let me know they will NOT be sending me to the the hiring committee but want to stay in touch about other potential roles. Is this what they tell everyone?

However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?
