Matrix: urgency (now or later) x resource (by me or can someone else do this). This gives you your initial prioritization but the key is reevaluating as new info comes in and adjusting (inc how you communicate adjustments)
Time, resources, prioritization, customer urgency (immediate need, deal at risk, etc)

You can follow urgent/ important quadrant . It works like magic for me.
When answering such questions in the interview, do you ask clarifying questions, present a framework and make assumptions before going in to the solution?
