LTIM1: For M and SM roles, anywhere the work pressure would on the higher side. Don’t you think ?
I do agree if the percentage hike is more in switch then it can be worth considering but then again maybe a 10% difference won’t matter much as being the SM in a completely new place is another challenge, as we don’t know anyone there. atleast In old and known places, we still have someone to smoothen things maybe and atleast have a conversation for some consideration.
Been there, seen that!
Here getting SO from same project is hard.
If u getting SO from same project there is not such need IJP and all.
Here in this case he is going all toggher to new project with SO with higher band and new people.
So new project is equal to new company..
So better to switch if comfortable...
If feel not required then stay with less hike and comfortable place.. It's depends on person to person.
Better switch.
Getting SM is hard in cts and also if u get lot of work pressure.
So think that way..
Join other org if u thinking in terms of money..
