Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. I will soon have an HR evaluation and compensation discussion and would like to have an idea before the discussion. The designation mentioned is Consultant, but I think over 7+ years of experience should be given AM designation.

Basically I decided to switch because I am not happy with the project I am working on and I tried to switch project internally multiple times because my skillset is devops, but no luck.

Now I have an offer from Accenture for 11.5 LPA fixed (current CTC : 9.5 LPA), but this is my promotion year and chances are 90% with good hike but that's effective June 2023.
